## Synopsis

Helpless is a 2012 South Korean psychological thriller film written and directed by Byun Young-joo based on the bestselling novel All She Was Worth (火車) by Japanese writer Miyabe Miyuki. The original title, Hwacha, means "fire cart," and refers to a train to hell from Japanese folklore. Passengers can only board but not get off.
