## Synopsis

Otomo is a 1999 German drama film directed by Frieder Schlaich, distributed by ArtMattan productions. The plot is a fictionalised account of the events that led up to the 1989 double murder of police officers Harald Poppe and Peter Quast in Stuttgart, and follows the perpetrator, Frederic Otomo, in a reconstruction of the hours leading up to the killings.
