Romero, and starring Timothy Hutton, Amy Madigan, Michael Rooker, Julie Harris, and Royal Dano in his final film role. An adaptation of the 1989 novel of the same name by Stephen King, the film follows a writer whose personal and writerly alter ego begins to commit a series of murders.
