## Synopsis

The Dragon That Wasn't  is a 1983 Dutch film written and directed by Harrie Geelen, Bjørn Frank Jensen and Bert Kroon. Based on the comic strip Tom Puss, created by Marten Toonder, it was the first animated feature produced in the Netherlands.
