Synopsis
Awarapan (transl. Vagrancy) is a 2007 Indian Hindi-language action drama film directed by Mohit Suri, written by Shagufta Rafique, and produced by Mukesh Bhatt. An uncredited remake of the South Korean film A Bittersweet Life, it stars Emraan Hashmi, Shriya Saran, Mrinalini Sharma, and Ashutosh Rana. In the film, gangster Shivam Pandit (Hashmi) is ordered by his boss Bharat Malik (Rana) to watch over Reema (Sharma), Malik's secret Pakistani mistress.
