Synopsis
Guru (transl. Teacher) is a 2007 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Mani Ratnam. Produced by Madras Talkies, the film stars Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Mithun Chakraborty, R. Madhavan, and Vidya Balan. The score and soundtrack for the film were composed by A. R. Rahman. The film was rumoured to be a biopic of the industrial tycoon Dhirubhai Ambani, but Ratnam refuted the claims, clarifying it was a work of fiction.
