Synopsis

Objective, Burma! is a 1945 American war film that is loosely based on the six-month raid by Merrill's Marauders in the Burma Campaign during the Second World War. Directed by Raoul Walsh and starring Errol Flynn, the film was made by Warner Bros. Pictures immediately after the raid. The plot of the film is almost a carbon copy of the plot of Northwest Passage, a 1940 MGM production about Rogers' Rangers, set in 1759 and starring Spencer Tracy as Robert Rogers.
