Synopsis
Rec 2 is a 2009 Spanish found footage zombie film directed by Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza. It is a sequel to the 2007 film Rec and the second installment of the Rec film series. The story takes place immediately after the events of the first film and follows a team of soldiers assigned to protect a scientist supposedly sent to investigate the cause of the outbreak, but who clearly knows more about it than he claims.
