Synopsis
Red Land is a 2018 film directed, written, and produced by Maximiliano Hernando Bruno. Released in Italy on November 15, 2018, the film focuses on World War II in Istria following September 8, 1943—immediately after Italy signed the separate armistice with the Anglo-American Allies—and on the life of Norma Cossetto, a young Istrian student who was killed by Yugoslav partisans in October 1943 at the age of 23.
