Synopsis
The Third Generation is a 1979 West German film written, directed and photographed by Rainer Werner Fassbinder. It stars an ensemble cast composed by Hanna Schygulla, Margit Carstensen, Eddie Constantine, Bulle Ogier and Harry Baer. The plot follows an ineffectual cell of underground terrorists who plan to kidnap an industrialist.
